Sellersville Theater is an intimate live music venue with 325 seats featuring national and international acts. Our goal is to provide true hospitality and joy by treating our customers, our performers and each other with warmth, sincerity, and respect. We are looking for a part time Box Office person who can join our team and contribute to providing a wonderful musical experience for all..
Box Office Responsibilities:
Process ticket, membership and merchandise sales by phone and in person while providing consistent, excellent customer service.
Assist patrons with questions and concerns by phone, email and in person using positive language and a friendly, helpful demeanor.
Reliably and accurately balance E-tix sales to payments at the end of each shift.
Be enthusiastic and knowledgeable about theater membership and sponsorship opportunities in addition to events at Sellersville Theater and The Washington House restaurant & hotel.
Box Office Requirements:
Competence with computer software such as Word, Excel, etc. and confidence in learning new programs such as Etix ticketing software.
A love of music with a desire to help make "the magic" happen.
Attention to detail.
Flexibility to work a rotating schedule of days, nights and weekends.
Customer service experience (hospitality, box office sales, etc) a plus
