Job Overview:

Taylor Rental of Manchester is looking for a reliable and experienced Delivery Truck Driver to join our team. This is a full-time, seasonal position that requires operating a box truck to transport and deliver event rental equipment, including tents, tables, chairs, and more. The role demands physical strength, the ability to work in various weather conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and customer service.

Responsibilities:

Safely operate a box truck to transport rental equipment to and from event locations.

Load and unload equipment, ensuring all items are delivered and set up correctly.

Assist with the setup and breakdown of tents, tables, chairs, and other rental items.

Communicate professionally with customers and event staff to ensure satisfaction.

Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance needs.

Work in teams to complete deliveries efficiently and safely.

Follow all safety procedures to prevent injury and equipment damage.

Qualifications:

Prior box truck driving experience required.

Ability to lift 75+ lbs repeatedly and perform physically demanding tasks.

Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.

Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Ability to follow schedules and adapt to changing event needs.

Prior experience in event setup, warehouse work, or general labor is a plus but not required—training provided.
