NOT A REMOTE: ENTRY LEVEL BRAND SALES REPRESENTATIVE NEEDED ASAP! – FULL TIME/ WEEKLY PAY

Our firm specializes in direct marketing and new customer acquisition for significant companies. We are trying to keep up with the fast-paced market and need to hire Entry-level Brand Sales Representative, with no prior sales experience necessary, for a big push this year. We are looking for candidates with excellent communication and people interaction skills. All positions will have hands-on Training and work in an energetic and fast-paced environment; the best part is they are all PAID Training. These positions are to be filled in our New Jersey office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• This position involves one-to-one sales-based interaction with customers in our Big Box Retail partnership locations
• Present, promote, and sell products/services using proven sales techniques to existing and prospective customers
• Perform a cost-benefit analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs
• Provide solutions for every customer to boost customer service, retention, and customer acquisition
• Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships
• Track sales and status reports

QUALIFIED CANDIDATES:

• Must possess excellent interpersonal communication skills

• 2-4 year degree preferred, not required
• Demonstrated leadership ability. Sales and Marketing experience are not required
• Demonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Confident and dependable
• Prior experience working with customers and clients one-on-one is a plus.
