DAY-TO-DAY
- SUMMARY: Drive clinical practice development and success by implementing and maintaining hands-on clinical, marketing, reimbursement, & clinic workflow support programs
- INITIAL PRODUCT INSTALLATION & CLINICAL TRAINING: Partner with Field Clinical Engineers (FCEs) to install Deep TMS® device(s) for new clinical providers; Coordinate & conduct initial onsite medical device training for physicians, clinicians, & operators resulting in BrainsWay Deep TMS® certification of best-practices proficiency in device usage, clinical practice development, patient marketing, building referral networks, patient identification, health insurance reimbursement, clinical workflow, & general troubleshooting of technical & mechanical device errors/issues
- PRACTICE DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM COORDINATION: Continue to lead hands-on, formal Practice Development Program to build these foundational skills in order to drive an increasingly successful Deep TMS® practice, measuring success at 30, 60, 90, & 180-day milestones
- ACCOUNT MANAGEMENT: Beyond initial Practice Development Program stage, ensure clinical practice success/satisfaction by continuing development, implementation, & evaluation of internal & external growth opportunities including, but not limited to maximizing patient marketing, patient identification, referral networks, & lead conversion through local events (e.g., open houses, virtual networking) & creative assets & marketing campaigns (e.g., print collateral, email blasts, social media posts); Training & re-training on insurance reimbursement, documentation, & clinical workflow best practices; & Responding promptly to clinical, protocol, & device inquires; measuring success virtually every quarter & onsite bi-annually
- SALES SUPPORT: Continue to drive best-in-class practice development programs to maximize patient success, which inevitably result in provider growth (e.g., added sites, additional medical device system purchases); Partner with sales team to communicate the breadth & value-added of PDC support programs & position providers for success by properly setting expectations for level of engagement necessary to develop & maintain a successful Deep TMS® practice
- REPORTING & ADMIN: Consistently, accurately, & promptly track Practice Development Program support activities & device utilization in project management tool (Monday.com); & track account management & sales support/opportunities in CRM tool (Salesforce.com); Meet regularly with sales team to provide status updates, partner to resolve program concerns/issues, & communicate sales opportunities
QUALIFICATIONS
- EDUCATION: Bachelor's degree required; or equivalent knowledge & experience
- EXPERIENCE: Minimum 2 years of experience as clinical consultant or nurse educator supporting practice/patient management & development (marketing, event planning) in medical device industry; preferably for TMS providers
- TERRITORY: Washington (+ surrounding states as needed)
- TRAVEL: ~80% travel to potential & current providers
- COMPETENCIES: Demonstrated working knowledge of US health insurance market including, but not limited to, patient marketing & referrals, verifying benefits, prior authorizations, & appeals process; Effective communicator & listener, able to present & train/transfer knowledge to various position levels, fluently in English; Detail-oriented with proven time-management, project-management, & organizational skills, able to manage several practices/projects at same time; Exceptional customer-oriented mindset with demonstrated aptitude quickly building & maintaining rapport with internal & external customers by providing support, information, & guidance; High-energy, driven, & agile, able to thrive supporting multiple roles & responsibilities while working autonomously, with minimal supervision, & also on a team in a fast-paced, rapid-growth environment
- SYSTEMS: Project management & CRM tools, preferably Monday.com & Salesforce

COMPENSATION
BrainsWay's Practice Development Consultant starting salary ranges from $85,000 - $90,000 per year.
