Branch Manager – HVAC Distributor - Base Salary to 90k/year - Greenville, SC

• Our client, a stable, fast-growing HVAC and roofing distributor has an immediate need for a Branch Manager to oversee operations of the Greenville, SC branch. They are a continually growing company, and they are looking for a Branch Manager to help build out the Greenville area. They are around $20MM in revenue. The philosophy of this business is to operate as a tight-knit group, always willing to help each other out, and they are looking for someone who operates from a “customer and employee first” mentality in order to lead as a way of life for the business.

Responsibilities:

• In this position, the Branch Manager should have a strong sales background and will be largely responsible for growing relationships with contractors, increasing revenue/profitability of the branch, and mentoring the counter sales rep. The Branch Manager will be responsible for problem solving, logistics, order entry, as well as handling the administrative functions of the branch, including P&L. The Branch Manager will also work with the Warehouse Manager to oversee operations of the warehouse.

Qualifications:

• The ideal candidate for this position will possess leadership experience in HVAC, roofing, or a related trade. The candidate should be independent, self-motivated, and driven to take complete ownership over their role. They should possess strong organizational and customer service skills.

Compensation:

• Our client is offering a base salary up to 90k/year, and a bonus structure that can add another 10k. The company offers a comprehensive benefits package, 401k, PTO and much more.
