    About the Role:
    We are seeking an experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of a high-volume branch. You will lead a team to ensure seamless workflows, compliance with safety and regulatory standards, and exceptional customer service. Your strategic leadership and operational expertise will directly impact the branch’s success.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Operational Management: Oversee branch operations, including inventory, merchandising, warehouse safety, sanitation, and customer service.
    • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong client relationships through effective communication and problem-solving.
    • Financial Oversight: Analyze financial and operational reports to drive improvements and meet business goals.
    • Team Leadership: Supervise assistant branch managers and department managers, handling hiring, training, and performance reviews.
    • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to HACCP, OSHA, and other safety and food safety regulations.
    • Inventory Control: Conduct regular inventory reviews to maintain accuracy and ensure product availability.
    • Strategic Planning: Establish service standards and operational objectives, monitoring progress toward goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Minimum of 4 years of management experience in food service or grocery distribution.
    • Proven ability to manage a high-volume warehouse operation.
    • Experience in P&L management, inventory control, merchandising, and staff development.
    • Strong knowledge of state and federal regulations related to food safety, labor, and compliance.
    • Exceptional communication skills with a customer-focused mindset.
