Mission
The Branch Manager is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth through:

Key Performance Targets
Success in this role means consistently meeting and exceeding these benchmarks:
• Achieve targeted revenue across mosquito control, pest control, and holiday lighting services by year-end 2025 • Maintain steady revenue intake per week during peak operational periods • Ensure a stable workforce of full-time field technicians throughout the season • Meet annual revenue goals for holiday lighting services • Drive upsell conversions to generate additional revenue • Optimize sales conversion rates for new business acquisition • Operate within budget while maximizing profitability

Qualifications
• Active Pest Control License in Structural Pest Control & Mosquito Control • Continuing Education Credits for pest control (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of experience in a related field (preferred) • Proven leadership experience in operations, sales, or management • Valid driver’s license • Ability to lift at least 40 lbs • Professional references required
