    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Branch Manager to oversee the daily operations of our expanding team. The Branch Manager will be responsible for leading the branch team, ensuring exceptional customer service, meeting sales goals, and maintaining compliance with all relevant industry regulations. This position requires strong leadership skills, an in-depth knowledge of home loan products, and the ability to drive business growth within the branch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Leadership & Team Management:

      • Lead, mentor, and motivate the branch staff, ensuring alignment with company goals.
      • Hire, train, and develop branch employees to foster a high-performance team.
      • Set individual and team performance goals, monitor progress, and provide ongoing feedback.
    • Sales & Business Development:

      • Drive the growth of the branch by actively promoting home loan products and services.
      • Develop and execute strategies to attract new customers and retain existing clients.
      • Identify and pursue business opportunities within the local community.
      • Cultivate relationships with real estate agents, builders, and other referral sources.
    • Operations & Compliance:

      • Oversee daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficiency and customer satisfaction.
      • Ensure adherence to all company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
      • Monitor loan application processes and ensure timely and accurate processing.
      • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends and changes in regulations affecting home loans.
    • Customer Service:

      • Ensure that all customer inquiries and concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
      • Resolve escalated issues and provide solutions that maintain customer satisfaction.
      • Implement strategies to improve the customer experience and promote a positive branch reputation.
    • Financial Management:

      • Monitor branch budget and financial performance, ensuring profitability.
      • Review monthly reports, analyze trends, and adjust strategies as needed to meet financial goals.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
    • Minimum of 5 years of experience in the mortgage or home loan industry, with at least 2 years in a leadership or managerial role.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales and operational targets.
    • Strong understanding of mortgage products, home loan processes, and industry regulations.
    • Exceptional leadership, coaching, and team-building skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to develop relationships with clients and business partners.

    Requirements:

    • In-depth knowledge of local and national real estate markets.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure to meet deadlines.
    • Strong analytical skills and financial acumen.
    • Proficiency in mortgage software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.).
    • A current Mortgage Loan Originator (MLO) license, or the ability to obtain one within a specified time frame.
    • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Compensation
    $85,000 per year
