At Century 21 Blackwell, we are a team of leaders committed to having fun, supporting our agents, and achieving high levels of success seeking to onboard a talented Branch Manager. As a Manager, you will play a crucial role in our company's growth by recruiting experienced Real Estate Agents and New Licensees, facilitating the onboarding process, and providing support for training and coaching initiatives. Additionally, you'll have the opportunity to earn significant additional income through recruiting bonuses. The Branch Manager will work directly with the Company Owners and staff. BIC-eligible candidates are preferred but not required. Compensation: • Salary Range: $60,000 - $70,000 • Paid time off • Professional development assistance • Bonus pay • Commission pay Travel: This role may occasionally provide as-needed support to the other Boiling Springs and Spartanburg branch offices. Responsibilities: • Build strong relationships with local agents, spending 2-3 hours each day fostering connections and showcasing how Century 21 Blackwell can help them achieve their business goals • Provide sales coaching and support to our roster of Sales Agents • Track and evaluate agent productivity (assigned and recruited) • Hold Agents accountable for meeting daily, weekly, monthly, and annual goals • Attend 2 to 4 training seminars and/or retreats annually • Conduct training sessions on company coaching topics for our agents • Embrace a coachable mindset, seeking continuous improvement through training and coaching programs • Demonstrate a positive attitude, professionalism, and self-confidence in all communications • Process documents daily with minimal supervision and with zero errors • Prioritize work assignments/tasks and complete them by the designated deadline • Adhere to the scheduled work hours and be available on weekends if necessary • Remain open to receiving suggestions for improving the quality of work • Stay up-to-date on trends, developments, and best practices within the Century 21 system to share with company agents Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of Real Estate Sales Experience or Related Sales Management Experience • Ability to plan, and organize activities to meet daily, weekly, and monthly deadlines and goals • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Experience in conducting training and communicating goals to Agents • Must Hold a Current SC Real Estate License in good standing. BIC eligibility is preferred • Ability to create tracking systems to hold Agents accountable for productivity goals actively Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 yearly
