    The primary objective of this position is to identify new sales opportunities, through daily prospecting as well as participating in on-site and local networking events as needed. Drive brand awareness in the new market through daily marketing distribution, lead generation, sales generation and building relationships with local businesses and local events. This is one of the most important roles because the Pre-Sale Brand Ambassador team is the first impression the community has of Crunch Fitness! This is a great position for a candidate looking to make a significant impact in a growing and dynamic organization.     Requirements:

    1-3 years sales/promotion experience preferred

    Proven work experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter or similar.

    Excellent communication skills.

    An outgoing, friendly personality and desire to meet new people.

    Clean driving record.

    Reliable transportation.

    Strong social media presence on multiple platforms.

    Professional attitude and interest in growth opportunities.

    Proficient in reading and writing.

    Ability to work independently.

    Excellent customer service skills.

    Experience in sales is a plus.

    Interest in fitness is a plus.

    Responsibilities:

    Attract business via member referrals, cold calls, lead generation, territory outreach, telephone inquiries, sales follow up.

    Support both locations in driving new accounts and units through lead generation, perks partnerships, closed accounts and on-site enrollments

    Each employee will be held responsible for individual goals regarding lead generation, social media, pictures taken with potential members and in businesses, marketing distributed, and number of businesses visited each day worked.

    Outreach and prospect daily for new opportunities through B2B outreach and community events/outreach

    Achieve and surpass all personal sales targets set forth

    Travel locally as needed to generate new business

    Oversee daily reporting of new leads and units generated

    Always understand and enforce all policies and procedures for the company

    Provide marketing materials to new or current accounts or for outreach

    Perform all functions with the highest levels of integrity and always adhere to company core values

    Any other duties assigned by the management team.

    Qualifications:

    Strong presentation skills

    Exceptional sales skills

    Excellent verbal and written communication abilities

    Enthusiastic, energetic, personable, and friendly as well as passionate, intelligent and knowledgeable regarding the fitness industry

    Computer literacy

    Strong Negotiating Skills
