    Brand Ambassador / Host

    The Brand Ambassador/ Host position at Fielding’s River Oaks plays a key role in creating positive, memorable guest experiences. The primary focus of the Brand Ambassador / Host is to book reservations via Resy system, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and seating guests, general guest relations, and communicating with the Service team when a table is sat.

    Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:

    Ø Maintain a positive attitude in high stress fast

    paced situations.

    Ø Work efficiently with table management-

    reservation and phone systems.

    Ø Recognize regular guests by name

    Ø Notify Servers / Captains when they are sat,

    providing a portfolio chit with the guest’s name

    and preferences

    Ø Present a professional, positive, neat,

    well-groomed appearance for him/herself

    meeting brand standards

    Ø Maintain and insure optimal physical

    departmental conditions and organization

    Ø Occasionally take on additional responsibilities.

    Ø Exude a positive, bright attitude

    Competencies & Qualifications:

    Ø Use all IT systems to the fullest capacity.

    Ø Have an authentic, happy disposition.

    Ø Bilingual a plus.

    Ø Embrace highly fluid situations.

    Ø Be able to think on your feet quickly.

    Ø Demonstrate interest and share knowledge of food, service, and personnel situations.

    Ø Able to follow and execute directions.

    Ø Develop rapport with food experts to understand the full range of Fielding’s products and services.

    Ø Consistently search out ways to improve and promote a high level of guest service, experience, sales and profits.
