Brand Ambassador / Host
The Brand Ambassador/ Host position at Fielding’s River Oaks plays a key role in creating positive, memorable guest experiences and leading the Brand Ambassador Team to consistently meet and exceed expectations. The position is the liaison between the leadership and Brand Ambassador team and guests, primarily focused on guest’s booking reservations, answering and directing phone calls, greeting and seating guests, guest relations, and communicating with the Service team
Essential Duties include, but are not limited to:
Ø Maintain a positive attitude in high stress
situations.
Work efficiently with table management-
reservation software.
Ø Recognize regular guests
Ø Present a professional, positive, neat,
well-groomed appearance for him/herself and
the team.
Ø Utilize reservation, (all software) to its
maximum potential.
Ø Maintain and insure optimal physical
departmental conditions and organization
Ø Occasionally take on additional responsibilities.
Ø Drive high morale.
