POSITION SUMMARY:
John Edwards is expanding quickly and we’re looking for a new team member to take us to the next level. The Brand Ambassador will be responsible for exceeding company set revenue goals and converting leads into deals. The person in this role will ensure an outstanding experience for all new customers throughout the enrollment process providing product knowledge and support. Our company partners with local retailors, tradeshows, and event venues and that’s where we’ll meet with customers.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work as our client’s point of contact and face of the brand as we execute marketing campaigns in the local area
Ensure professional and fun representation of our client’s brand, products, and services
Identify customer’s needs and suggest appropriate services
Develop and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure sales targets are consistently and sustainably met
Monitor performance of KPI’S in all aspects of the business and able to create strategy to remedy opportunities as they arise
Ability to hold self to highest standard of professionalism and accountability around company policies and procedures
Report accurate daily numbers in Salesforce CRM
Develop sales and marketing strategies with top executives and management providing field feedback
Track industry trends

REQUIREMENTS:
1-3 Years of sales, marketing, retail, events, hospitality, tradeshows, or business experience.
Customer service skills are required
Bachelors degree preferred but not required
Degree in Marketing, Business, Economics, Hospitality Management, or Communications is a plus
Salesforce or relevant CRM experience is also a plus
A vehicle or reliable transportation is required as we do travel to venues
