Job Summary
We are seeking a few outgoing and energetic Brand Ambassadors (Mascot Suit / Sign Spinner) to join our team! In this Part-Time role, you will promote our products and services and act as the face of our brand. Your responsibilities will include dressing up as the mascot for the company at schools, at a variety of sponsored organizations, special events, networking with potential customers, and while we use social media to share information. The ideal candidate is a fun individual (hygienically sound) with solid dancing skills and a friendly personality.
We have multiple locations around the Tampa Bay area. You need to be at least 18 years old, have an outgoing attitude and personality, be able and willing to work a minimum of 20 hours a week rain or shine and have a good work ethic; experience not required.
Responsibilities
Monitor and respond to customer's appreciation of our products and customer service
Attend events and act as a key stakeholder in the community using the mascot icon on behalf of the company
Network and develop relationships with potential and existing customers
Use word-of-mouth marketing to increase brand awareness
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field is preferred
Previous experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or a similar position is preferred
Experience creating engaging experience and a strong social media presence
Familiarity with representing brands
An engaging, friendly disposition, fits the team and culture of the brand
Ability to hold and move a sign over a period of reasonable time
Ability to dance and have fun with holding/moving a sign over music
