    Position Overview

    As a Brand Ambassador, you will connect with homeowners and businesses, offering expert solutions to improve their spaces. You’ll use your exceptional customer service skills to understand client needs, deliver clear and informative presentations, and ensure each client feels cared for. If you’ve excelled in roles like housekeeping management, medical reception, or high-end customer service, this could be the next exciting step in your career!

    Key Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home estimates, understanding clients’ needs, and offering customized solutions.

    Provide clear, friendly explanations of our services to help clients make informed decisions.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate recommendations.

    Foster lasting client relationships, ensuring satisfaction throughout the project.

    Help build Sir Grout South Sound’s presence by attending community events, trade shows, and industry gatherings.

    Stay organized, maintaining accurate records of your interactions and follow-ups.

    Work closely with our operations team to ensure smooth project execution and a positive customer experience.

    What Makes You a Great Fit

    Experience in customer service, housekeeping management, or receptionist where attention to detail and client satisfaction are key.

    Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a friendly, professional demeanor.

    Organized and able to manage multiple clients’ needs simultaneously.

    Comfortable working independently and as part of a collaborative team.

    Experience working with clients in high-end environments is a plus.

    A genuine desire to help others and make a difference in their homes or workplaces.
