Job Overview
As our Brand Ambassador, you'll bring Bad Birdie's energy directly to golf courses across the Southwest. Operating our custom-branded Sprinter van and retail trailer, you'll deliver a one-of-a-kind shopping experience, build relationships within the golf community, and elevate the Bad Birdie brand.
This role blends retail operations, brand storytelling, and community building into a dynamic mobile retail experience that's as bold as our polos.
Responsibilities
- Operate our mobile retail unit across Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California, including driving and managing our custom Sprinter van and trailer.
- Plan and execute engaging on-site activations at golf courses, collaborating with Green Grass sales teams and pro shops.
- Build brand awareness through social media content creation and authentic community engagement at each location.
- Manage inventory, sales transactions, and activation budgets while maintaining performance metrics.
- Provide strategic feedback to improve customer experiences and event impact.
When & Where
This is a full-time, 1-year contract position based in Scottsdale, AZ. Extensive travel across Arizona, Nevada, and Southern California is required, with a schedule that varies based on activation locations and golf course events. Occasional travel outside the region may be needed for national events.
Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Experience driving large vehicles (Sprinter van + trailer preferred).
- Proficiency with social media platforms and content creation.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and reporting.
- Ability to lift and move up to 35 pounds regularly.
- Strong knowledge of golf culture, courses, and community.
- Exceptional customer service skills and retail experience.
- Self-motivated, independent worker with strong attention to detail.
- Flexible schedule, including weekends and extended travel.
