Job Overview:

As a Brand Ambassador , you'll be pivotal in driving zTrip's growth and success. Your main responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, and expanding our customer base. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, sales acumen, and market insight, all aimed at cultivating long-term relationships and boosting revenue.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to increase zTrip’s market share.
• Develop and implement strategies to establish partnerships with businesses, organizations, and key stakeholders.
• Analyze market trends to identify growth opportunities and competitive advantages.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients, including corporate accounts and local businesses.
• Negotiate and close contracts with new clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
• Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to create targeted campaigns and initiatives.
• Track and report business development progress, providing regular updates to senior management.
• Represent zTrip at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.
• Manage and grow existing partnerships to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• 1+ years of experience in business development, sales, or account management (preferably in transportation, logistics, or a related industry).
• Proven success in identifying and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to execute plans effectively.
• Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data.

Job Type: Full-time Pay: $16.00 per hour
