As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll attend trade shows and events to showcase our company. You should be a skilled social media user, able to promote our products and answer client inquiries online. Your efforts will help increase brand awareness and create new sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote our products/services online through social media and forums
• Create, share, and respond to online reviews
• Represent our company at trade shows and events
• Network and build relationships with potential customers
• Gain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to inform prospects
• Use word-of-mouth marketing, referring our company to friends and acquaintances
• Monitor online feedback and direct inquiries to the Marketing department
• Help organize marketing events and initiatives
• Track customer preferences and provide insights on advertising and positioning
• Offer feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on customer input
• Monitor and report on competitors' marketing strategies

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or in a similar role
• Strong presence on multiple social media platforms
• Experience creating and sharing online content
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Excellent communication skills
• Professional and positive attitude
• Outgoing, friendly personality with a passion for meeting new people
• Experience in hospitality is a plus
