Key Responsibilities of a Brand Ambassador:

• Promote products and services through social media and online platforms
• Create, share, and engage with customer reviews and online content
• Represent the company at trade shows, events, and networking opportunities
• Build strong relationships with potential customers and industry contacts
• Develop in-depth knowledge of our offerings to effectively inform and engage prospects
• Leverage word-of-mouth marketing by referring our company within your network
• Monitor and respond to online feedback and customer inquiries
• Assist with the planning and execution of marketing campaigns and events
• Track customer preferences and provide insights for improved advertising strategies
• Analyze competitors' marketing efforts and share findings with the team
• Provide valuable feedback to the Marketing and Product teams based on customer input

Qualifications of a Brand Ambassador:

• Proven experience as a Brand Ambassador, Promoter, or similar role
• Strong presence and experience across social media platforms
• Ability to create and share engaging online content
• Familiarity with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Positive, professional attitude with a passion for connecting with others
• Outgoing, friendly personality and enthusiasm for building relationships
• Experience in hospitality or customer-facing roles is a plus
