We’re seeking a dynamic Brand Manager to lead a portfolio of products within our client’s branded house. This role involves strategic oversight of product planning, consumer engagement, and marketing initiatives to drive both top and bottom-line growth. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in consumer targeting, market research, and collaboration across internal and external teams to execute innovative marketing strategies and product development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive growth through strategic plans rooted in consumer insights.
• Lead media strategy and build brand awareness.
• Develop shopper marketing tactics and partner with sales teams to increase product trial and distribution.
• Collaborate with external agencies to create and deploy creative assets.
• Foster cross-functional relationships to align marketing efforts with consumer needs.
• Manage and optimize budgets within assigned scope.
• Analyze trends in business, competition, and consumer behavior.
• Ensure compliance with FDA and FTC regulations in marketing and advertising.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience building or managing brand marketing strategies. (dietary supplement experience a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree required; MBA preferred.
• Strong skills in profit center and budget management.
• Knowledge of product development processes.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills; proven leadership and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in MS Office, with advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills.

Compensation:  $130,000 -140,000 base salary with a bonus.
