    We are looking for a creative and results-driven Brand Marketing Specialist who will take the lead in shaping our brand's presence across multiple organic channels—with a focus on the web. As a specialist with expertise in SEO, PR, digital marketing, and content creation, you will play a pivotal role in amplifying brand awareness, driving organic growth, and elevating our brand voice.

    This role is hybrid, with a minimum of two days onsite at our San Francisco office.

    What You'll Do:

    • Develop and implement SEO strategy and keyword research to boost website traffic and drive lead generation.
    • Manage influencer partnerships : Handle communications and negotiations with influencers to foster collaborations that align with brand goals.
    • Lead PR initiatives , including crafting press releases, pitching media stories, and nurturing relationships with key media outlets and influencers.
    • Execute digital marketing campaigns , focusing on social media, web and email marketing to drive brand engagement and ROI.
    • Content creation and publishing : create multimedia content and maintain the publishing cadence for email newsletters, blogs, and some video content.
    • App Store Optimization (ASO) : plan App Store events, manage description localization, and conduct A/B testing for product pages to enhance discoverability in various markets.
    • Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to ensure that our website is optimized for SEO and conversion.
    • Measure and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing reports and insights for continuous growth.

    What You Need:

    • 3+ years of experience in SEO, PR, content marketing, or digital marketing.
    • Proven expertise in SEO strategies , tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush, etc.), and best practices for improving organic search performance.
    • Proficiency in web marketing, including email automation tools and Google Analytics.
    • Strong understanding of public relations , including media outreach and managing PR campaigns.
    • Exceptional writing and storytelling skills, with experience creating engaging content across various formats and platforms.
    • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable strategies.
    • Familiarity with content creation tools (ie Capcut or other video editing tools).
    • A proactive, self-starter attitude with strong organization skills, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple priorities in a less structured environment.

    For this position we are targeting a base pay between $85,000 - $115,000. Actual compensation offered will be determined by factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
