Raw Nutrition is seeking a Social and Brand Manager for our Endurance Line who is passionate about endurance sports and brings expertise in product and brand management. This role demands a strong understanding of social media best practices across all platforms. As a key player in our team, you will oversee the endurance-focused product line, develop impactful marketing strategies, and ensure the brand connects authentically with athletes and consumers.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing, preferably with experience in consumer-packaged goods (CPG) or the supplement industry, and a proven ability to execute high-impact campaigns across digital and social platforms.
Key Responsibilities
Product Launch Management & Content Strategy
Oversee product launches across channels including:
Developing launch strategies: activations, social plans, and content timelines.
Collaborating with the web team and stakeholders to optimize DTC content
Partnering with athletes and influencers for promotional strategies and education campaigns.
Coordinate creative briefs with the brand and creative teams for campaign execution.
2 .Evergreen Campaign Development
Execute campaign ideas from leadership
Develop and manage creative briefs with the creative teams and project manage execution
Integrate campaigns across web banners, social media, and digital ads.
Develop and manage a comprehensive social media strategy, including platform-specific plans for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram.
work with creative team to shoot and publish high-quality content, including graphics, videos, captions, and stories.
Own the posting schedule, ensuring consistency and optimal timing for engagement.
Respond to audience comments and interactions to foster community.
Monitor and analyze social media metrics, providing insights for improvement.
Stay ahead of trends in audio, memes, and formats specific to TikTok and the endurance community
4.Partnership & Influencer Management
Build and manage relationships with influencers, athletes, and content creators. Be an expert in the endurance space.
Oversee partnerships and events with leadership team
5.Data-Driven Decision Making
Own performance metrics across channels
Collaborate with sales and web teams to ensure data-driven strategies for growth.
Report on campaign performance and provide actionable insights.
6.Marketing Operations
Help manage the marketing budget to ensure resource efficiency.
Represent the consumer voice, ensuring campaigns engage and delight the audience.
7.Stay Ahead of Industry Trends: Monitor emerging endurance sports trends, key events, and athlete developments to inform marketing strategies and ensure the brand remains relevant and engaged with the endurance community.
