Key Responsibilities:

• Set up brazing operations according to written specifications
• Assemble customer parts in the Belt and Alloy departments
• Assist with Torch and Induction Brazing as needed
• Work with various alloys and chemicals such as flux and acetone
• Perform sandblasting and polishing to remove contaminants and surface imperfections
• Operate high-heat tools , including torches and induction machines
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality control standards
• Safely handle chemicals and solvents used in fabrication processes
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace while following safety procedures
• Adhere to environmental and safety policies

Qualifications & Skills:

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• At least one year of brazing experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
• Comfortable using Microsoft Office and database applications
• Must be able to wear required safety equipment

Physical & Work Environment Requirements:

• Ability to sit, stand, bend, pull, stoop, climb, and reach for extended periods
• Capable of lifting up to 30 lbs
• May be exposed to heat, fumes, noise, and humidity
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions
• Must be able to communicate effectively

Salary info:

$17 - $26 / hr
