    Breakfast Ambassadors are dependable associates, ready to learn and serve guests cheerfully in accordance with Marriott standards. It is an independent position, managing a small kitchen's preparation, service and cleaning. Work starts at 5:30 am on weekdays and 6:30 on weekends until 1200pm. Friendly and reliable individuals are also sought for the role of Bistro Food Service Associates. Responsibilities include customer service, food preparation, cleaning, barista/bartending duties, and occasional event preparation. Desired qualities: cheerful demeanor, team player, strong customer service skills. No previous food service experience is required - willingness to learn is key! Two shifts are available: mornings and evenings. Evening shifts require associates to be at least 21 years old. No age restrictions for Breakfast Ambassador. Join our dynamic food service team today! Responsibilities: • Performs outlet opening or closing duties • Ensures adherence to corporate and local guidelines, policies, and procedures • Conducts Bistro/Breakfast activities to ensure quality production/delivery of product/service • Interacts with guests frequently to ensure satisfaction and enjoyment of the dining experience • Supervises completion of required set up/preparation, at the beginning of shift and clean up restocking at the end of shift • Inspects all equipment prior to, during, and at the end of shift, and addresses any needed repairs • Inventories supplies at the beginning of the shift, and obtains supplies necessary to support the forecasted level of business • Other duties as assigned including needs of function room and events. This does not apply to Breakfast Ambassadors Qualifications: • Experience in food preparation is not required, but an open and learning attitude is required • Ability to prioritize and multitask • Excellent customer service skills • Ability to take direction from supervisor • Ability to work either morning (5:30a-11:00a) or evening shifts (4:30-11:00p), flexibility is a big plus • 21 years old for the Bistro position, no age restriction for Breakfast Ambassador Compensation: $14 hourly
