    We are looking for enthusiastic hospitality professionals to help us build an incredible dining experience for the breakfast lovers of Vancouver.

    Our hospitality group is already known for exceptional service, delicious food and unique beverage programs. We are ready to share our favorite meal of the day with our community and we are looking for the right team to build it with us.

    Our locally owned breakfast restaurant is open daily from 7am-2pm.

    We aim to provide a truly excellent breakfast experience in a beautiful environment, with an approachable menu and an exciting bar program.

    Our bar programs are bartender driven, creative and expansive. We strive to try new techniques that are relevant to the cocktail world and push ourselves to create innovative and delicious beverages.     Duties & Responsibilities

    Prepare and serve drinks that are 100% accurately made and beautifully garnished, consistent with Amaro's Table standards and recipes.

    Create cost-considerate draft cocktails, drink specials, etc, with daily stock/ surplus.

    Plan drink menus and inform customers about new beverages and specials.

    Maintain an expert level understanding of the current wine, beer and spirits selection, with an emphasis on amari. Stay in tune with all seasonal

    or rotating items.

    Make drink or spirit recommendations to guests and servers using knowledge of our backbar with an default to classic cocktails and amari.

    Learn the names and personally recognize our regulars, provide thoughtful and engaging service to all.

    Follow all steps of service outlined in Server Guidelines and maintain highest standards.

    Check identification to ensure customers are the legal age to purchase alcohol.

    Take food and beverage orders from guests and relay to kitchen via POS with 100% accuracy.

    Ensure drinks are properly rang in before they are made, with correct up-charging. Tickets are required for each drink made, prior to the drink

    being prepared.

    Know all ingredients, preparations and portion sizes for all cocktails on our menu.

    Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.

    Assess levels of intoxication of patrons to ensure no over-service occurs. Kindly and discretely cut off alcohol service if needed.

    Deliver food and beverages from kitchen and bar to guests in a timely matter.

    Make sure log book is filled and all comp'd or spilled drinks are on the appropriate sheet, to be checked by MOD at the end of your shift.

    Clear and reset tables in bar area. Maintain attractive, clean and sanitized workspace, back bar and storage area.

    Report all *86's, tap changes, equipment problems and bar maintenance issues to restaurant manager.

    Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies along with rotating the stock and keeping the stock areas clean and organized.

    Complete any other tasks or directives issues by your Manager in a polite, timely and accurate manner.

    Qualifications, Skills and Requirements

    Be 21 years of age or older.

    Possess a positive, engaging personality, and professional appearance.

    Punctuality and reliability.

    Be able to communicate and understand the predominant language(s) of our guests.

    Have working knowledge of beer, wine and liquor and common drink recipes.

    Must have current permits to serve food and alcohol.

    Possess basic math skills and have the ability to handle money and operate a cash register.

    Be able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 8 hours).

    Be able to reach, bend, stoop and frequently lift up to 50 pounds

    Background in craft cocktails

    Must be able to work early morning shifts.

    Menu and cocktail knowledge are very important to us, so a willingness to study and grow are very important qualities in our service staff.
