Our locally owned breakfast restaurant will be open daily from 7am-2pm.
We aim to provide a truly excellent breakfast experience in a beautiful environment, with an approachable menu and an exciting bar program.
Looking for hardworking culinary professionals including dishwashers, prep cooks, line cooks, and lead cooks. Breakfast experience is not necessary but is a bonus.
Availability should fall within the hours of operations. Open availability is preferred.
Line cook qualifications:
Accurately and efficient preparation and portioning of food products in accordance with health and food safety policies.
Ability to handle a fast paced environment and multitasking.
Honest and reliable.
Can maintain a professional demeanor in the workplace.
Ability to execute plate presentation including garnishing.
Strong communication skills.
Experienced in basic cooking techniques and knife skills.
Maintain a safe and clean environment at all times.
