Focus: Operational and administrative support for the Breakout Group Sales process.
Responsibilities:
Manage the Director's calendar, coordinate meetings, and handle correspondence.
Update CRM systems, maintain data accuracy, and generate performance reports.
Address customer inquiries and follow up with leads.
Assist with preparing proposals, quotes, and other sales-related documents.
Communicate with teams like marketing and operations to ensure smooth collaboration.
Gather market data to support strategy development.
Help onboard and train new sales team members.
Plan and organize sales-related events and activities.
Previous Breakout Group Sales Coordinator experience is a plus!
Reports to: Director of Sales
Job Hours: 20 hours per week - Monday-Thursday 12:00pm-5:00pm ET preferably, but are flexible
Duration: Contract from March 1 - July 31
