    $45,000 base salary + Commissions

    We are currently seeking a Breeder Pet Insurance Sales Agent to join our amazing team at Fetch! Successful candidates will be self starters, independent, hungry to earn money, eager to exceed goals and take the breeder channel to new heights. You are someone that has a passion for furry friends and wants to help their human companions understand the value of protecting them with the most comprehensive pet insurance available. You will have a sales mindset, listening to the customer’s needs and selling with transparency of the product to assure the policy brings them value and the customer is with us for the long term.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • Representing Fetch as a confident, friendly, trusted advisor to sell pet insurance policies to pet parents who have purchased from our breeder partners
    • Communicating competitive advantages of Fetch in conjunction with ours and our various partner’s terms and conditions of sale; demonstrating a deep understanding of Fetch and competitor pet health insurance products
    • Turning prospects into loyal clients, raving fans, and repeat customers
    • Accurately recording prospect and customer information in Fetch and partner CRMs
    • Establishing productive, professional relationships with peers, management and key partners, to assist in meeting/exceeding performance objectives and partner expectations daily/weekly/monthly
    • Proactively assessing customers needs on an ongoing basis through phone, email and text follow-up meetings
    • Collaborating with leadership and peers to identify opportunities for new strategies to sell
    • Communicating with your peers and management via chat to identify challenges and successes
    • Virtually attending monthly company meetings or check-ins as required
    • Managing all administrative tasks and responsibilities relative to the partnership
    • Living up to Fetch’s commitment to continuously exceed customer expectations
    • Willingness to travel up to 15% of the time

    SKILLS

    • Must have a sales mentality, and be ready and available when customers want to buy: includes being a high end concierge service to our prospective clients, setting appointments for sales consult if they need time to consider the product, or have to re-schedule a conversation at their convenience; must know how to follow up with sales opportunities and close the deal; must be a confident independent player and self starter who does not need consistent follow up to achieve or exceed goals
    • Ability to structure your work week to peak hours where people are more prone to buy
    • Must know how to pitch a customer to get them excited about what we offer and make them understand why they need our product
    • Must be a results driven individual rather than simply following a process; but also must be able to follow through with established processes in place
    • Must hold an Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license for home state; candidates with statewide reciprocity will be preferred
    • Proven self-starter with 2-5 years of insurance sales preferred
    • Must be technically competent in various systems or willing and able to learn to master the systems we use to drive sales success and track customer feedback
    • Ability to pivot to different sales strategies based on the partner’s diverse clients and change pitch and value props based on the same
    • Energized by being on an elite sales team
    • Ability to think and act independently within a fast-paced sales cycle
    • Proven success in building relationships using a consultative, solution-focused approach
    • Must be willing to travel as required
    • Excellent verbal, interpersonal and written communication skills
    • Excellent team player; proven ability to apply innovative ideas and critical thinking; new sales approaches
