Brenk Brothers Inc. focus is on close tolerance parts specializing in complex CNC milling using a process based system supported by the latest computer technology and equipment. We have continued to grow and diversify into various industries and technologies including: medical, defense, aerospace, process equipment, and data storage. We are able to service our customers with highly skilled vertical and horizontal milling, turning, grinding, and wire EDM manufacturing as well as complex and close tolerance assembly.

Brenk Brothers, Inc. is currently located at an expanded and remodeled 60,000 sq. ft. facility in Fridley, MN and has approximately 130 full-time employees. Our philosophy demands development of key personnel in management and engineering functions in-line with the AS 9100 quality standard. Our goal is continuous improvement, which involves developing teams to support customer needs in rapid product development while using the shortest lead-time and therefore the fastest product turn-around.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Check spreadsheets for accuracy.

Create and update expense reports.

Enter financial transactions into internal databases.

Maintain digital and physical financial records.

Participate in quarterly and annual audits.

Prepare bank deposits.

Issue invoices to customers and external partners, as needed.

Check figures, postings, and documents for correct entry, mathematical accuracy, and proper codes.

Perform personal bookkeeping services.

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong attention to detail, great organizational skills and a proactive, positive attitude.
