The Bridal Gown Sales & Stylist at SPARKLE bridal couture empowers each curvy bride to discover her perfect wedding look through expert styling, personalized service, and a commitment to enhancing our showroom's reputation for excellence and quality.

You will:

Enhance Client Satisfaction and Loyalty - Achieve high satisfaction ratings and increase client referrals.

Achieve Sales Targets - Consistently meet or exceed individual and store sales goals.

Maintain and Elevate our Brand Image - Ensure the store presentation and client interactions align with our high standards of excellence and professionalism.

Skills, Attributes, and Responsibilities:

We're Seek Individuals with the Following Skills:

Expert knowledge in fashion and styling, particularly in bridal wear.

Strong sales ability, with skills in upselling and cross-selling.

Proficiency in visual merchandising and maintaining store aesthetics.

Bilingual - English & Spanish, a plus
