SPARKLE bridal couture is a Plus Size Bridal Salon located in the charming East Sacramento neighborhood. We are a positive, creative team who is passionate about helping curvy brides look and feel beautiful, confident, and fabulous on their wedding day and on a daily basis. We inspire curvy brides to recognize and accept their beauty inside and out.

SPARKLE is looking for a Bridal Sales/Stylist who understands that success starts with: being proactive, creating connections, listening, and goal-setting. A person who values attentive service anticipates a client’s needs and is constantly seeking to find the right fit for that unique customer, all based on a relationship and not just a transaction. As part of our sales team, you will help brides in our showroom fulfill their life moments by finding "The One" - their SPARKLE bridal gown and accessories to celebrate their special day. You will style, sell and service brides and their wedding party while continuing your relationship with them from the first meeting until they walk down the aisle.

Bridal, Luxury or Jewelry Sales experience, a plus

Bi-lingual (Spanish/English), a plus

Compensation: Starts at $18/per hour + Commission & Bonuses (=$18-$30+ per hour)

Required Weekly Schedule: Full-Time: 35 hours per week. Thursday-Monday (Weekends are a must/Tuesday-Wednesday off)
