    Bridge Tower Properties is a growing real estate investment firm with over 2000 single-family houses throughout DFW, Houston, and North Carolina. We build brand new communities, and acquire free stranding homes, then maintain them for our residents. We are expanding rapidly into new markets and are ready to add a new Assistant Property Manager to our team.

    This position is located on site at one of our communities in Lake Jackson, TX. This position is not remote.

    Overview

    The Assistant Property Manager position is responsible for assisting the District Property Manager in the day-to-day management of our portfolio of rental properties including; tenant relations, maintenance & repairs scheduling, and posting payments. The Assistant Property Manager responds to tenant requests in accordance with the lease agreement and assuring compliance with all provisions.

    Specific Duties include but not limited to

    Assist in initiating contracts and administering all necessary services to maintain the property

    Respond and assist to resolve tenant requests/problems positively and promptly

    Assist in preparing and issuing monthly rent statements

    Draft correspondence as necessary to administer lease provisions including all notices, defaults

    Post cash receipts into company accounting software

    Maintain high occupancy rate.

    Prepare and process lease agreements

    Select qualified tenants

    Collect security deposits and rent

    Enforce terms and lease agreements

    Negotiate contracts with vendors, schedule maintenance and repairs

    Coordinate with maintenance personnel

    Additional Duties as Assigned

    Other Requirements

    1-3 years of Property Management experience

    Knowledge of property management software

    Strong working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, Outlook and Adobe Acrobat Pro

    Highly motivated and proactive

    Excellent organizational skills and ability to multi-task

    Ability to communicate both orally and in writing

    Excellent people skills

    Full-time salary position

    Available to work Tuesday - Saturday

    New construction/Lease-up Preferred

    Conduct tours with prospect
