Bridge Tower Homes is a growing single family property manager with over 2,000 single family homes throughout Houston, Dallas Fort Worth in Texas and Charlotte in North Carolina.
We are seeking an experienced Director of SFR Acquisition who will be based in Dallas, TX. The ideal candidate must be a self starter, be responsible, independent and take ownership of their work. This candidate must also be able to collaborate well on a team which will support acquisition across the country.Director of SFR Purpose:The Director of SFR Acquisition leads a team to identify portfolios of single-family rental homes for acquisition. This role ensures that all acquisitions meet investment qualifications and communicates regularly with the Managing Partners to build and execute SFR Investment strategies.
Primary Duties & Responsibilities will include:· Acquisition of Single Family Homes and Single Family Home Portfolios for Investment· Developing the SFR Acquisition Team, including process and procedure development· Driving accurate underwriting to achieve superior investment results· Driving other acquisition KPI’s, including Volume, Conversion Rate, and Discount to Retail Values· Apply processes to new markets as they open
Qualifications:• MBA preferred• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Real Estate Investment, or similar field preferred• Real Estate Licensing preferred• Brokerage Licensing preferred• 5+ years of experience in Real Estate; preferably with Single Family Rental Experience• 3+ years managing a team• In depth knowledge of the real estate acquisition process; including underwriting and risk assessment• Excellent interpersonal skills; must be able to collaborate effectively with diverse work forces• Ability to think critically and execute sound judgement.• Must have noted attention to detail• Excellent computer skills• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Additional duties as assigned
