Job Description
BridgeTower Media’s Audience Development Department is in need of an individual to reach out to subscribers and assist them in renewing their subscriptions, as well as, any other special projects and customer outreach. Previous telemarketing or customer service experience is a plus, but we are happy to train individuals who have a positive attitude and a professional and pleasant phone demeanor. This person may assist with other initiatives as needed.
There is flexibility in setting work schedule for approximately 20 hours a week during business hours. This is a remote position (Within BridgeTower Media’s regions of business), it pays an hourly wage and may be eligible for commission incentives. This is an excellent opportunity for someone interested in working part-time in a professional environment.
