As a New Home Sales Counselor, your main responsibility will be to assist potential home buyers in finding and purchasing their dream home. You will be the face of our company, providing excellent customer service and guidance throughout the entire sales process.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with potential home buyers to understand their needs and preferences
- Showcase model homes and provide tours to potential buyers
- Explain the features and benefits of various home designs, upgrades, and community amenities
- Assist buyers with selecting the right floor plans, finishes, and options for their new home
- Provide pricing information and work with home buyers through the purchase agreements and color selections.
- Coordinate with management, lenders, and other parties to ensure a smooth and timely completion of the home sale
- Follow up with buyers after the sale to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in new home sales or real estate is preferred, but not required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Willingness to work weekends and evenings as needed
