Job Description

We are a multi-faceted provider of staffing services with a national reach. We are expanding and are in need of a Staffing coordinator that will be the first point of contact between our local clients and our management team. Experience in the temporary light industrial staffing field is helpful but not necessary as we are willing to train.

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE

• Recruit, hire, and place new employees on assignment per client’s requirements
• Manage and maintain existing client relationships through regular on-site visits, telephone, and email
• Establish solid relationships with new accounts
• Manage the staff assigned to your accounts
• Accurately take new orders from our clients
• Ability to communicate effectively with Corporate and Local staff.

• WILLING TO TRAIN THE RIGHT CANDIDATE

Requirements

• Must be able to work a Monday to Saturday Schedule
• Experience recruiting for light industrial/general labor positions PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED
• Excellent communication skills
• BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH REQUIRED
• Strong customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Ability to travel preferred but position is more stationary and localized. Some travel will be required from time to time.
