COVID Nurse Benefits:

COVID Nurse Responsibilities:
Provide medical staffing assistance for local schools and children for COVID-19
Assist and possibly perform nasal swabs on children and record data into computer system
COVID Nurse Requirements:
High school diploma or GED
Current unrestricted LPN or RN license in state of Arizona
Licensed driver with insured and reliable automobile
Must have current negative TB skin test or chest x-ray
Must have a valid fingerprint card
COVID-19 vaccination preferred
Must pass state and federal criminal background check and drug screen
Ability to read, write, speak and understand English and communicate effectively
Treats clients, staff and the public with courtesy, respect and presents a positive public image.
Ensures confidentiality and security of the client’s medical information.
Must be available to work during school hours (7:30 am – 2:30 pm ) in central and south Phoenix
