IT SERVICENOW DEVELOPER
We have an exciting opportunity for a ServiceNow Developer to join our rapidly growing IT team! We are looking for a high initiative, critical thinker to design, build, and operate a greenfield CMDB solution. Reporting to the IT Director, End User Services & Collaborations, you will consult leadership on CMDB strategy to expand the team as necessary to support continuous business transformation. This role will require experience with ServiceNow and ITSM processes. As the ServiceNow developer you will evaluate decision and information needs across the IT landscape in order to classify and relate data to deliver business value. You will develop governance and procedures to ensure data accuracy and completeness. As the ServiceNow Developer, you will ensure accurate inventory and relationship of CIs in a multi-cloud environment and map them to business services with a high degree of accuracy.
