Similar to an Account Manager, you will partner with clients, immersing yourself into their business and brand, helping them design and produce creative gifts. Using Brilliant's technology and service solutions you will become a trusted advisor in ensuring clients achieve their goals in marketing, sales / account-based marketing, HR, events and more.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Proactively develop creative solutions
- Source and select products
- Cultivate client relationships
- Lead projects from kick-off to delivery
- Be the primary liaison between internal stakeholders– effectively communicating and balancing resources
- Coordinate production logistics
- Expertly guide our clients through our software solutions— understanding both implementation and functionality.
- Acts as a liaison to Business Development and Brilliant functional teams as appropriate

You will identify customer needs and work cross functionally with Business Development, Designers, Project Managers, Marketing, Product, Operations and Customer Success to ensure customer happiness.

About you:
- 2+ years of full-time experience in marketing, account management and/or project management
- People-person with lots of empathy
- Ability to work smart, learn quickly and be nimble in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service mentality + positive attitude
- Detail oriented and organized
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Good eye for design and a creative flair
- Can easily adapt and is comfortable with change and ambiguity
- Tech savvy
- Demonstrates good judgment in navigating exceptions, both on-the-fly and when given time to explore options
- Proactively troubleshoots client challenges as they arise and knows when to bring proposed solutions to an Account Director

Compensation Package:
- $70-80k DOE
