    We are Brit Assistant- Luxury Virtual Assistants: an established innovative woman-owned business founded in 2019, seeking the very BEST administrative professionals to represent our values in the role of a Luxury Virtual Assistant (LVA).

    We are the premier one-stop shop for exceptional Executive/Personal assistants tailored to meet the unique needs of Entrepreneurs & Solopreneurs. We offer a high-end professional assistant matchmaking service that pairs successful Entrepreneurs and Solopreneurs with a long-term assistant to help support them with both business and personal tasks, for themselves and sometimes their immediate family. Our clients often come to us via personal referrals, either wanting an Executive/Personal assistant for the first time or after having a subpar experience with other virtual assistants. Our LVAs are exceptional so that our clients can stay focused in their creative zone of GENIUS! Your success is THEIR success and vice versa.

    As an LVA you are a blend of roles: Executive Assistant + Virtual Assistant + Project Manager + Business Assistant + Personal Assistant + Life Manager + Thought Partner

    You are your Entrepreneurs' right-hand go-to person. You are an admin generalist so you know how to do a bit of everything. You are so incredibly important, your Entrepreneur just simply cannot function successfully without you!

    ****About the Role:

    This is a 100% fully remote 1099 contractor role.

    Schedule & Pay:

    We offer competitive pay with flexible schedules! You have the opportunity to be matched with multiple clients depending on your availability and preference, so you can decide how much you'd like to earn! There is a maximum of 80 hrs/month you can work for us in any combination (for quality control)- total earning potential of $120k!!

    We offer our clients 3 different plans: Full-Time (40 hrs/wk), Part-Time (20 hrs/wk) or Ad-Hoc (10 hrs/wk).

    We pay you per client you are matched with:

    $5,000 per month (approx. $31.25 per/hr) for each Full-Time client (40 hrs/wk)

    $2,500 per month (approx. $25 per/hr) for each Part-Time client (25 hrs/wk)

    $800 per month (approx. $20 per/hr) for each Part-Time Ad-Hoc client (10 hrs/wk)

    Please note this position is US-BASED only at this time.

    If you're looking for that great partnership with an AMAZING Entrepreneur or Solopreneur (we only choose to work with clients we LIKE!) where you can work on a variety of projects on a long-term basis, this is the perfect role for you!

    What You'll Be Doing:

    • Communication Expert: Writing, responding to and organizing emails, making phone calls (appointments, reservations, vendor research). You'll be the gatekeeper between the Entrepreneur/Solopreneur and the world
    • Calendar Tetris: You'll tame a calendar that's busier than a beehive in spring. You move things around with a Tetris-like skill. You know what time-blocking and padding mean. You know that it's polite to offer up times in the other person's timezone
    • Travel Magician : Booking flights, hotels, and crafting travel plans and itineraries so exciting they make vacation planners jealous. You know how to find the best hotels, Airbnbs, restaurants and fun activities in town. You look for convenience with location with regard to taste, and you know to never book a bulkhead
    • Document Tamer: Creating reports, presentations, and documents so captivating they might just win awards. You complete forms on behalf of your Entrepreneur to save them time
    • Project Captain: Keeping tabs on various personal and business projects, ensuring deadlines are met, and reporting on progress. You might be asked to manage and pay vendors on behalf of your Entrepreneur once trust is established
    • Research Jedi: Delving into market trends, competitors, and anything else that helps your Entrepreneur stay ahead of the curve. Finding the best vendors (vet, plumber, salon), restaurants and activities, and contractors for your Entrepreneur's team
    • Personal Shopper: Your Entrepreneur trusts you with his credit card; you make online payments, buy gifts, book travel- all pre-approved, of course. You keep receipts, invoices and create expense reports where needed
    • Problem-Solving Guru: Turning challenges into opportunities with a grin and a 'let's do this' attitude
    • Anything else that may arise: Whatever makes your Entrepreneur's life easier and smoother

    What We're Looking For:

    • Experience Matters: You've been an Executive or Virtual Assistant for C-Suite Executives, Entrepreneurs, or Solopreneurs before- you have pretty much seen it all, which means you know instinctively how to help. (Flying out of a country with an active volcano? CHECK!)
    • Detail-Oriented: You either are or you aren't- this one is SUPER important because white-glove service requires it
    • Organization Fanatic: Juggling tasks and priorities? You do it in your sleep. You have a process-mindset and create SOPs as you go
    • Mind-Reader: You are empathetic and caring and have take proactive attitude to a whole other level. You're the go-getter who doesn't wait for orders because you know what needs to be done and you know what will make your Entrepreneur's life easier. You think AHEAD before even they have thought of asking you to do it, and it blows their mind every time. They have a trip and you created a packing checklist without being asked- WOW
    • **Honesty & Integrity: **People-pleasing is a POSITIVE trait in this role- however you will always provide honest feedback- with kindness, if it benefits your Entrepreneur. You are not a robot, you are a thought-partner- but you are mindful of your boundaries and never overstep
    • Resourcefulness: Finding answers and solutions is your superpower. You NEVER respond to your Entrepreneur with a problem, only a solution. Client's asking for an agenda but your Entrepreneur doesn't have one? You don't need permission to create one- you just do
    • Confidence: That vendor doesn't give refunds? You don't stop there. You call customer service, jump on chat, and have a don't ask- don't get attitude, without being rude- because you know you are representing your Entrepreneur at all times
    • Tech Savvy: You're a pro with the usual tech tools: Google Suite, scheduling software, PDF editors, Zoom/Hangouts and all the cool apps. You know what the main social media apps are and how to make basic updates. (We will train you on the key apps to be fluent, but a solid basic understanding is required)
    • Communication Skills: You are VERY polite, warm and approachable- in written and verbal form. You know how to communicate appropriately with people on all levels- from your Entrepreneur's housekeeper to their most HNW client
    • Discretion: Our founder's secrets are safer with you than in a vault. You are mindful when sharing confidential information because you always remember that emails can be forwarded
    • Flexibility: You can turn on a dime when plans take an unexpected detour. You PLAN on it!
    • Open to Feedback with Zero Attitude: Mistakes happen because you are human, but they are RARE since you are almost perfect ;-) You own it, own up to it, then accept it as a learning opportunity, pivot and grow
    • Positive Vibes: You're the ray of sunshine that brightens up the office, even if it's a virtual one. People feel you smiling through your emails
    • Kind Human: You are nonjudgmental, accept others and their differences, and are just a genuinely nice person people want to be around
