    Job Description

    The Broadridge Career Foundations Program is a 10 month rotational learning experience beginning in June 2020. During your rotations, you will have the opportunity to observe, participate and report on business processes and gain valuable insight on our best management practices. As an associate in this dynamic rotational program, you will gain business experience within the Global Technology Operations (GTO) business. You will be provided with the foundational knowledge to accelerate your career growth while building the organization's talent capabilities. You will rotate through various functions including Conversions, Product Management, and Managed Services all while receiving invaluable mentorship throughout your career with Broadridge. In addition, you will engage in developmental activities inside and outside of Broadridge including sessions with senior management and departmental meetings, workshops and discussions, and associate networking events. You will collaborate with fellow associates in the program to craft and deliver group presentations to the leadership teams. Our goal is to provide you with a comprehensive understanding of the business and a strong leadership foundation that will enable you to add to our success in providing exceptional service to our clients. At the end of your rotation you will be placed full time in one of the business units with the GTO organization.

    This is a rare opportunity to learn from highly skilled financial services professionals who are subject matter connoisseurs in a variety of areas such as Wealth and Capital Markets, Product Management, Fixed income, and Technology.

    Qualifications

    • New or recent college graduate with BA/BS in Business Management, Accounting, Marketing, Finance, Technology, Computer Science or other related fields.
    • GPA: 3.2+
    • Demonstrated prior work/leadership experiences.
    • Strong interpersonal skills and an ability thrive in a team environment.
    • Excellent time-management skills and flexibility.
    • Thrives in a rapidly changing environment.
    • Able to meet and exceed the demands of strict deadlines.
    • Strong focus on productivity, quality and efficiency.
    • Travel requirements vary by position.
