    Broadway Apothecary is looking to add an Administrative & Marketing Support Assistant to our team of professionals. In this position, you will play a critical support role in facilitating those tasks necessary to maintain licenses/certifications for the Pharmacy, Business, Technicians and Pharmacists. Additional responsibilities include office supply inventory, document control (creation and maintenance of pharmacy forms and documents), monitoring pharmacy task lists, deadlines, and coordinating services as needed. This position also serves as the pharmacy Marketing Support Assistant. You will collaborate with our Pharmacy Resource Manager and Pharmacist in Charge to support local Medical Clinics, hospitals, and providers.

    Responsibilities:

    Assist in marketing and advertising promotional activities (e.g. social media, direct mail and web)

    Prepare promotional materials

    Utilize analytics to increase Pharmacy social media presence

    Assist with distribution of marketing materials

    Perform market analysis and research on competition

    Support the marketing and sales team in daily administrative tasks

    Manage and update company provider database

    Learn and apply sales techniques in emails and professional business communications and meetings

    Preferred Qualifications/ Experience:

    Strong desire to learn along with professional drive

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Experience in document control, record keeping and data management

    Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g. Canva, FloDesk, etc)

    Experience using Microsoft Office products

    Additional Requirements

    Candidates must undergo a background check and drug screen.

    Must provide references and work history.

    Valid driver’s license
