    Job Title: Broker Concierge

    Department: Credit - Agency

    Reports To: VP, Credit - Agency

    FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

    PRIMARY FUNCTIONS : We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused Broker Concierge to join our team. This role is pivotal in providing a "white glove" service to our brokers, ensuring smooth and efficient loan processing and closing experiences. As a liaison between brokers, Account Executives (AEs), and Underwriters, you will oversee the loan manufacturing process from start to finish with precision and exceptional communication.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :

    • Serve as the primary liaison between brokers, Account Executives, and Underwriters, delivering exceptional, personalized service.
    • Manage condition submissions to Underwriters, ensuring efficient and timely reviews.
    • Sign off on designated conditions within granted authority.
    • Effectively oversee communication and coordination throughout the loan manufacturing process, driving loans to close quickly, efficiently, and seamlessly.

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    JOB REQUIREMENTS:

    • Thorough understanding of mortgage loan requirements, including GSE (Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac), FHA, and VA guidelines.
    • Solid knowledge of TRID (TILA-RESPA Integrated Disclosure) regulations and closing practices in both wet and dry funding states.
    • Prior Junior Underwriting experience is a plus.
    • Excellent organizational and communication skills with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

    EDUCATION :

    • High School Diploma

    EXPERIENCE:

    • Minimum of 5 years of processing experience, with a strong focus on delivering an outstanding customer experience.
    • Familiarity with advanced loan processing systems and tools.
    • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

    PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:

    • This position is in an office setting with computer and general office equipment. The position requires the ability to move freely around within the department and other department locations
