Great at checklists and following up • Handing office emails • Data entry and filing documents • Maintaining office cleanliness and supplies • Helping with event coordination • Team player Qualifications: • High School Education or higher • Multi-line phone experience! • Technologically savvy is a must! Able to learn new programs quickly and able to troubleshoot common issues • Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Canva, Social Media Programs, and Internet Skills • Have excellent attention to detail and high-level accuracy with documents • Ability to assess, prioritize, and act quickly in a fast-paced environment • Learning-based and solution-oriented • Deadline-driven and extremely organized • Open to new ideas and systems • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Proficient in time management • A true professional who supports the entire team in achieving their goals Compensation: $22 - $25 hourly
