Role Description
As the Transaction Coordinator/Administrative Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our commercial real estate advisors and ensuring the smooth execution of transactions and administrative processes. This role involves managing real estate transactions, handling administrative duties, maintaining compliance records, and assisting with marketing efforts. Key Responsibilities
Transaction Coordination: Manage commercial real estate transactions from start to finish, ensuring all documents are completed accurately and submitted on time.
Client & Advisor Support: Communicate with clients, advisors, and external partners to facilitate smooth transactions and resolve any administrative issues.
Administrative Tasks: Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and support the Managing Director with daily tasks and projects.
Document & Compliance Management: Ensure compliance with Tennessee Real Estate Commission laws and maintain organized, accurate records in company management systems (e.g., BuildOut, Google Drive).
Marketing Assistance: Assist with property listings, marketing materials, advertising campaigns, and social media content.
Data Tracking & Reporting: Maintain transaction records, update databases, and track key performance data.
Required Qualifications
Strong customer service skills with a professional and friendly demeanor.
Excellent organizational skills and keen attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Suite.
Effective written and verbal communication skills.
Proactive, self-motivated, and task-oriented.
Ability to learn and adapt to new software and procedures.
