    Job Description

    POSITION OVERVIEW

    The Brokerage Services Coordinator position will focus exclusively on supporting the transaction professionals of the Austin, TX, team in the following capacities:

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Provide administrative support to the brokerage team as needed.
    • Keep the team organized and help track deal progress.
    • Assist in team development and progress tracking for all.
    • Coordination of major client/broker engagement events and gatherings along with specific office team events.
    • Steward and be a liaison between brokers and marketing for occupier marketing campaigns.
    • Work with marketing to maintain Stream’s brand and consistency in reviewing and creating outgoing marketing materials including flyers, proposals, tour books, maps, floor plans, and other sales materials.
    • Assist with market surveys and competitive property reports.
    • Gather and help prepare and distribute marketing materials.
    • Assist in the collecting of materials necessary for transactions such as listing agreements, commission agreements, leases, and sales agreements.
    • Compile property data for clients including tenant surveys, summary reports, maps, and status updates for listing and/or tenant representative assignments.
    • Manage the leasing sign process, e-blast calendar and tour book compilation while also acting as a liaison for the marketing team when coordinating new assignments, pitching new business, and creating collateral.
    • Organize and coordinate client specific property information packages in response to Request for Information (RFIs), Request for Proposals (RFPs), and Letter of Intent (LOIs).
    • Maintain the landlord representation client contact database.
    • Maintain current information on tenants, market availability, and leases.
    • Respond to general inquiries and provide information as needed, while maintaining confidentiality in all communication.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree required
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar administrative support role required
    • Proficient with MS Office and MS Excel is required
    • Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign) experience a plus
    • Mathematical aptitude is required
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills required
    • Ability to work in a matrixed, fast-paced, and deadline-oriented environment required
    • Ability to take initiative to drive results and meet deadlines required
    • Strong organizational and time management skills required
    • Strong research and analytical skills
    • Strong interpersonal skills
    • Attention to detail
