Job Description

We are seeking a Real Estate and Marketing Manager to staff our development's model home. You will be responsible for leading all sales initiatives, helping clients chose custom features of their new home, walking them through the sales process, and helping them obtain financing for their homes.  We are building an active adult community from the ground up, so this gives an experienced realtor to control their destiny. We expect to deliver 158 homes to Crestline OH over the next four to five years.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute innovative sales strategies
• Build new partnerships with potential clients
• Work with clients to meet their needs and process custom orders with the manufacturer 
• Maintain and update sales and customer records
• Provide information about the products and services
• Develop and maintain a knowledge base of Home Models customizable features and additions
• Develop monthly sales reports

REQUIREMENTS

• Proven work experience as a realtor with ability to management real estate sales and marketing processes
• Hands on experience with Top Producer or another CRM software and MS Office (MS Excel in particular)
• Understanding of sales performance metrics
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Ability to build rapport with clients
• Must be able to commit to Saturdays every week and Sundays every other week or by appointment

PAY

• Upfront monthly salary plus commissions
• Development sales projections imply $75,000-$100,000 in first year
• Ability to work remote a few days a week
