    Brown Schultz Sheridan & Fritz (BSSF), a premier accounting and business advisory firm, is seeking an organized, detail-oriented Accounting Associate/Bookkeeper to join our team in Hanover, PA! 

    This is a permanent, full-time position that will be responsible for general bookkeeping, payroll processing and taxes, tax return preparation and other administrative associated duties for a book of clients in a variety of industries.

    The position is based out of our Hanover, PA office and travel to client locations in the area is also required on an as needed basis.

    Required Skills

    The ideal candidate will possess:

    • Associate Degree in Accounting preferred
    • Superior communication skills
    • Ability to travel to clients as needed
    • Strong time management skills
    • Desire and ability to grow and advance in this role
    • Ability to work independently & as part of a team

    Required Experience

    • 3 yrs bookkeeping experience
    • Prior payroll & payroll tax processing required
    • Sales tax experience
    • QuickBooks (including QB’s Online) experience required
