OVERVIEW OF ROLE: We are seeking servers for our Sunday and Holiday Champagne Brunch. Held on Sundays and certain holidays, we are seeking part-time candidates to help provide excellent service to our guests. Brunch servers would be expected to work on Sundays when we host our brunches, and all Holiday Brunches (Christmas, Thanksgiving, Easter, Mother’s Day). Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available to work Sundays and holidays. This is a tipped position, and has the ability to earn up to $65.00 per hour. Responsibilities: DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide diligent service to guests • Guide guests to the stations around the room • Make recommendations of different food and drink offerings • Refill beverages and clear tables, as needed • Assist with any guest concerns or questions Qualifications: ESSENTIAL SKILLS: • Excellent customer service skills • Great conversational skills • Strong teamwork skills EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: • At least 1 year of restaurant serving experience PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: • Ability to lift up to 20 pounds • Ability to stand and walk for extended period of time Compensation: $2.83 per hour to start plus tips
