    ABOUT US: Brunton is a leading manufacturer of professional, recreational and tactical compasses and navigational accessories, serving customers all around the world. All Brunton compasses are made in-house in Riverton, WY where the rest of business operations also occur. Brunton is a woman-owned small business that prides itself on innovation, quality, teamwork, and authenticity. RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Drive sales growth for Brunton’s diverse product lines in the U.S. and internationally.

    Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer accounts.

    Provide product education and order support to accounts.

    Lead and inspire regional sales representatives to achieve targets.

    Recruit and train new sales representatives in underserved regions.

    Assist in setting up new customer accounts in NetSuite ERP and Envoy B2B platforms.

    Oversee sales platforms such as Envoy, Shopify, and Amazon Seller Central.

    Address MAP and 3rd party seller violations.

    Conduct market research on trends, competitors and pricing.

    Plan and attend trade shows and events both domestically and internationally.

    Organize annual sales meetings for reps and key accounts.

    Support sales data analysis, forecasting and demand planning.

    Collaborate with the production, customer support, warehouse, and marketing teams to achieve strategic goals.

    Work closely with marketing team on product rollouts, campaigns, product and sales support materials, content and collateral needs, and events

    DESIRED SKILLS:

    Proven experience in DTC and B2B sales and account management.

    Familiarity with NetSuite, Shopify and Amazon Seller Central.

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel.

    Strong ability to manage, coach and motivate sales representatives.

    Passion for Brunton products and brand.

    Excellent communication skills and organizational abilities.
